your thoughts. I love to hear about the cooking in your kitchen of the
recipes I share.
So, Valentines Day is just a few days away... Love is in the air! Have
you stopped to think about What is Love? Because there are different
kinds of love - something I have had to explain to my children at some
point as they wonder what its all about...
Even Wikipedia agrees its not an easy thing to define, here is what it
quotes:"Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes
that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to
pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong
attraction and personal attachment. It can also be a virtue representing
human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and
benevolent concern for the good of another". It may also describe
compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self
This diversity of uses and meanings combined with the complexity of the
feelings involved makes love unusually difficult to consistently define.
What ever kind of love your feeling - one thing is for sure, its a
wonderful thing. A feeling I wouldn't want to be without!
"The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread" Mother Teresa
1 Corinthians 13:13(NIV): And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
So with all this love talk - we created a Love Log for you for this

make - yet, very impressive. Of course there is the goodness of our
flagship product Gen 1:29 Superseed in there for you so there is not
guilt in the enjoyment, as you work your way through this chocolate
berry treat! It comes with a warning:

- Slowly but surely work your way through the log. thin slices are best.
- Tip - Hide it from everyone else :) Even though you may have made it with love for your loved ones.... hee hee :)
The first of my two blog posts is not only about loving but also
about the importance of sharing what you do. The second blog post is on
amino acids and protein which is a follow up from my whey protein post

ability to empathize, belong, love. In a poignant, funny talk, she
shares a deep insight from her research, one that sent her on a personal
quest to know herself as well as to understand humanity. Click here to view the talk.
"Love is not an emotion. Love is the connection. Your feelings are
a reaction to the quality of that connection. Connections give purpose
and meaning to our lives" Brene Brown. Ph D.
