    Crunchy Gen1:29 SUPERSEED CRACKERS


    I double this mixture to make more! They go too fast! Very easy to make. 


    • 1/2 c sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 c sesame seeds
    • 1/2 c chia seeds
    • 1/2 c Gen 1:29 Super Seed Blend
    • 250ml water
    • 2 cloves garlic crushed or you can use a pure garlic powder
    • 1tsp of quality unrefined salt

    To give a Basil flavour: Add 1Tbsp freshly chopped Basil and 2 drops Basil essential oil from Twenty 8.
    Or, Add Braggs Organic Season Sprinkle/dried herbs or for a savoury cheesy flavour, try some Inactive Dried Yeast for a change.


    Preheat oven to 160deg Celsius. Combine seeds & almond meal in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Now blend liquid mix with dry mix & stir until well combined. Spread onto lined baking tray as thinly as you like your crackers. Use the back of a spoon or rolling pin to flatten and make corners as even as possible. I like to make into rectangle.

    Bake for 30-35mins. Remove from oven, cut into 20-24 crackers using a knife. Flip them over & bake another 30-35mins. Cool completely on tray. Store in sealed container for up to two weeks! This recipe was inspired & adapted from Sarah Wilson - I Quit Sugar - book. So scrumptious & filling with favorite toppings like yoghurt cheese & sundried tomato or capsicum hummus with Basil. Such a treat!
