GEN 1:29 Superseed Gluten Free Bread
This is a great gluten and grain free bread recipe that is full of fiber and is really tasty. Quick and easy to prepare.
To change it up - herb it up! To make it into a herbed bread, I use the Bragg Organic Season Sprinkle (you will find this in the pantry catalogue) both to the mix and sprinkle over the top whilst baking. Smells Amazing! Awesome with soup or served with slices of cheese and tomato.
- 1 Cup Almond Meal – 120g
- 1 cup Natural Earth SuperSeed Mix
- 30mls Water
- ¾ Cup Arrowroot or (Tapioca Flour)
- 1 tsp (5g) BiCarb Soda (Aluminium Free)
- 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of quality unrefined salt
Whiz the Almond Meal with the Bicarb and Arrowroot/Tapioca flour in the processor for 5 seconds or just dry whisk up to get the lumps out and blend. Add the eggs and ACV mix again then stir in the Gen 1:29 Superseed until smooth. Pour into lined baking tin and bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees or until bread is firm to touch. Remove and cool and slice.
If you have a Thermomix - I just put it all in together and mix on speed 4/5 until smooth.This is a fairly thick mixture - dont be surprised by this.
