    Homemade Raspberry Chia Jam


    No added Sugar. I can think of loads of ways to use this...  


    • 2 Tbsp Chia
    • 6 Tbsp Coconut Water
    • 1/2 Cup Defrosted Raspberries
    • 1 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
    • 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Powder


    Prep chia gel with 2 tbsp chia to 6 tbsp coconut water. Take 1/2 a cup of defrosted raspberries and blend together with 1 Maple syrup and a teaspoon of organic vanilla powder. When gel is ready (15 mins) mix together.

    This  is great used as a jam - awesome with the gluten free scones and a great addition to lunchboxes either on its own or with yoghurt.
