Turmeric Coconut Squares
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (creamed coconut)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup turmeric paste
- A couple of grinds of organic black pepper
- 1 or 2 tbsp honey or coconut syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Speed 3 for 20 seconds in thermie or blitz till combined in a food processor pour into baking paper lined glass container and freeze to set.
As you can see in the picture I have added some dried golden berries (also known as Inca berries) available in our webstore. They add a nice slightly tart burst to it which I think compliments it.
